Privacy policy

What we collect

• Waitlist contact — name, email, optional Telegram or Discord handle, planned starting capital. Used solely to message you when a slot opens.
• Trading-only API credentials — Hyperliquid API key/secret you supply. Stored encrypted at rest on our servers. Never used to withdraw, only to place trades.
• Operational telemetry — order outcomes, P&L per cycle, error traces. Used to diagnose bugs and improve the bot.
• Web analytics — anonymous page-view counts. No third-party trackers, no advertising cookies.

What we do not collect

• Your Hyperliquid wallet seed phrase or private key.
• Withdrawal-enabled credentials of any kind.
• Government IDs, KYC documents, banking details.

Where it lives

Application data lives on infrastructure we control in the EU. Telegram messages live on Telegram’s servers under their privacy policy. Hyperliquid order history lives on Hyperliquid and your own wallet.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data: until you ask us to delete it, or 3 years after your last activity, whichever is sooner. Trading telemetry: retained for 13 months after your last session, then aggregated and the raw form deleted. API credentials are wiped within 24h of subscription cancellation.

Your rights

You can ask us to export, correct, or delete your data by messaging @HyperHedger_bot on Telegram from the same handle you used to sign up. We respond within 30 days.

Selling data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, ever. The infrastructure providers we use process data on our behalf under standard data-processing agreements (servers, error tracking, payment processor).

Security

API credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to the operator. Breach disclosure within 72 hours if your personal data is compromised.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here and emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect.
