HyperHedger is independent trading software that connects to your Hyperliquid account using a trading-only API key you provide. The bot places orders against Hyperliquid HIP-4 binary markets and BTC perpetual contracts on your behalf.
HyperHedger is not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser. We do not custody funds, hold positions, or have withdrawal access to your account. Every order and position belongs to you and to your Hyperliquid wallet.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction, and permitted to trade derivatives where you live. You are responsible for confirming legality in your country, region, and city.
You connect HyperHedger using a trading-only API key. We strongly recommend you withhold withdrawal permissions. You are responsible for funding the account, monitoring exposure, and disabling the bot at any time with the kill switch on the dashboard or the /stop command in Telegram.
You acknowledge that you can lose the entire balance in your Hyperliquid account. The hedge softens but does not eliminate losses, and order book conditions, server uptime, exchange downtime, and account margin can all degrade performance.
HyperHedger is hosted trading software. Access is granted at our discretion and may be delayed, refused, paused, or revoked for misuse, abuse, fraud, operational reliability, or legal reasons.
HyperHedger access is billed monthly in advance at $99/mo unless a different written offer is agreed during onboarding. Card customers can manage billing, invoices, payment method, and cancellation through Stripe's customer portal when the subscription is active. Crypto invoice customers do not receive automatic recurring billing; access renews only after the next invoice is paid.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically close open Hyperliquid positions, and it does not refund trading outcomes that already happened in your own account.
Trading losses, bad trades, drawdowns, missed opportunities, dry-run differences, changing your mind after provisioning, or dissatisfaction with market results are not refundable. HyperHedger is software access, not guaranteed income.
Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, incorrect billing amounts, payment taken but access not provisioned, an accidental renewal after a timely cancellation request, or a verified HyperHedger infrastructure failure that prevents use of the paid service. Crypto refunds may require wallet validation and network fees. Any legal consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.
Past results are illustrative, not predictive. We do not promise positive returns. Public dry-run figures shown on hyperhedger.com use real market data with simulated fills and do not represent live trading results.
Nothing on this site or inside the bot is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not licensed and do not act in your interest as an adviser or fiduciary. Decisions about whether to trade, how much to deposit, and how long to run the bot are yours alone.
The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperHedger, its operator, and its contributors disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Trading is risky and outcomes are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the software is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses.
You may not (a) reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the software; (b) use it to manipulate markets, wash trade, or commit fraud; (c) circumvent rate limits or security controls on our infrastructure or Hyperliquid’s; or (d) use it on behalf of sanctioned persons or jurisdictions.
We may amend these terms by posting a revised version here. Material changes take effect 14 days after posting. If you continue using HyperHedger after that, you agree to the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s home jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction unless local consumer law gives you the right to a court of competent jurisdiction where you live.
